Returns
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email us at wholesale@lilbeesbohemian.com for assistance before returning if you have any questions.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges may be deducted from the total returned amount.
All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and are not covered under the return guidelines.
All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor and pet hair free, and must not have deodorant, makeup, or food stains. If any returned items are found in these conditions, they will not be eligible for return. We will return the item(s) back to you, and you will be required to pay for shipping.

Shipping
Our office hours are 10 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Fri EST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when expecting a response. We respond to all email requests within 24 hours of receipt.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless they are pre-order styles. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements to rush your items.
Lil Bee's Bohemian WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel that your package has been lost, please submit a claim. If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Lil Bee's Bohemian IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
You will be notified immediately if an item is on backorder or subject to any delays, and given an ETA on when you will receive it.
If you are ordering a PREORDER item, it will state the estimated time of arrival on our website. Sometimes our vendors provide an estimated date and the items get delayed. If this happens, we will reach out to you immediately with an updated ETA on the item's arrival.
